1. Introduction

Sarix Go ("we", "our app") is a mobile application for Termiz Sariosiyo taxi service in Surxondaryo region, Uzbekistan. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide:

• Phone number - for registration and verification
• Name and surname - to display to drivers/passengers
• Profile photo (optional) - to personalize your profile
• Language preference - for app interface
• Order details - pickup, destination, time, notes

From drivers (in the "Sarix Go Driver" app only):

• Driver's license photos (front and back)
• Vehicle registration (tech passport) photos (front and back)
• PINFL (JSHSHIR) - 14-digit personal identification number
• Vehicle details - make, year, license plate
• Contact phone number (shown to passengers)

Automatically collected:

• Location (GPS) - only with your permission, while the app is open
• Driver background location - in the Sarix Driver app only, and only during an accepted order. Until the trip ends, the driver's location is sent to our server even when the app is closed or in the background, so the passenger can follow the car on the map in real time. It stops automatically when the trip completes, when it is cancelled, and on sign-out; while it is active, Android shows a persistent notification. The passenger app does not collect background location.
• Device identifier - for technical error analysis

We DO NOT collect:

• Bank card information
• Contact lists
• SMS messages or call logs
• Personal photos/videos from your gallery (other than the profile photo or driver documents you upload yourself)

3. How We Use Information

• Provide taxi services (find driver, notify you)
• Verify your phone number via SMS
• Deliver your order to drivers
• Ensure app security
• Customer service and technical support

4. Third-Party Sharing

• Yandex Maps - for map display and address detection
• SMS provider (Eskiz.uz) - for verification codes
• Drivers - your name, phone, and address to fulfill orders

We do NOT sell your data for advertising.

5. Data Storage

• Order history kept for up to 2 years
• Driver documents (license, tech passport, PINFL) are kept for verification purposes while the account is active
• Account deletion removes data within 30 days

6. Security

• HTTPS encryption
• JWT authentication
• Passwords stored in SecureStore

7. Your Rights

• View your data - in profile
• Edit - name, language
• Delete - request account deletion

8. Children

This app is intended for users 18 and older.
