A rating is the average of the stars people give you.
Who gives the rating?
After the ride a screen opens on the passenger's phone and they give the driver 1 to 5 stars.
The driver gives the passenger stars in the same way.
How is the rating worked out?
It is the average of all the stars.
The number of ratings is shown next to it: "4.8 · 12 ratings". A driver with a single five-star rating also shows "5.0" — but "4.8" from 200 people deserves more trust.
Why does it show "—" instead of a number?
Nobody has given a rating yet. The number appears as soon as the first one arrives.
We do not show an invented starting value — putting "4.0" on everyone, for instance, bears no relation to reality.
Does a rating affect the orders you get?
No. An order goes out to every eligible driver at the same time. Whoever accepts first gets it, whether their rating is high or low.
A persistently low rating together with complaints is reviewed by an administrator.
Do you have to give a rating?
No. Just tap "Later" — the screen closes and nobody's rating is affected.
Can a rating be changed later?
No. Each ride gets one rating, and it cannot be changed once sent.
- Only a completed ride can be rated.
- A cancelled order cannot be rated.
- There are no half stars — only 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.
- The comment is optional, up to 500 characters.
Where is the rating visible?
A driver sees their own rating on their profile and under "Statistics". A passenger sees the driver's rating in the driver's details.
